Ingredient List

  • ½ cup Rolled Oats (don't use instant oats)

  • ¾ cup Chia Seeds

  • 1 cup Oat Milk or Nut Milk

  • 1 teaspon Raw Honey or Coconut Flower Nectar


How to Make

  1. Prepare a glass jar or bowl (use one that is deep as the oats and chia seeds expand overnight)

  2. Mix the Rolled oats and Chia Seeds into the container

  3. Add Oat Milk or Nut Milk

  4. Stir in Raw Honey or Coconut Flower Nectar

  5. Cover the container with a lid or silicon wrap and leave overnight in the refrigerator (a minimum of 2 hours is needed but it's best left overnight)


Your Healthy Overnight Oats can be used as a base and you can add your own toppings in the morning for breakfast. Here's how you can customise this recipe:


Add your customised toppings:

  • Banana + Walnut

  • Apple + Cinnamon

  • Strawberries + Blueberries

  • Peanut Butter + Bananas

  • Cocoa Nibs + Rasberries
